Squash

All Area Institute of Sport squash athletes are also members of the Heriot Watt National Squash Academy.

Coaching is provided through the Heriot Watt Squash Academy and also through personal coaches. The Academy also provides fitness testing and advice on nutrition. The WSIS enhances the Academy Programme by providing supervised Strength & Conditioning sessions, full Sports Medicine backup and Performance Lifestyle support.
